Thank you for shopping with Sugarbabies! We're committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been packed and dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will follow with your tracking details via Australia Post.
If you don’t receive these emails, please check your junk or spam folder before getting in touch.

Processing Times
We aim to process and pack all orders within 1–2 business days. During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), please allow an extra day for dispatch.
Shipping delays are out of our control and may result in longer shipping times during busy periods.
Shipping Within Australia
We offer the following shipping options:

FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $150

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $12.50
- Express Shipping: Flat rate of $18.00
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from our store at 75 Seymour Street, Traralgon VIC. Simply select “Pickup in store” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready via email (please check your junk or spam folder). Generally, orders will be prepared the same day, or our next open trading day.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note: regional or remote areas may take a little longer.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Issues
Once your order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier (Australia Post). Sugarbabies is not liable for delays, missing parcels, or items marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Sugarbabies cannot take any responsibility for damage stock once it has been carefully packed and prepared by us and has left the store.
If you do experience damaged or lost goods please contact us immediately so we can assist you or contact your local post office for further instructions.
